In a market such as this, it is so refreshing to be able to talk positively about such genuine progress in an important regional city.

Last week Loungers kindly invited us, our client, and the on-site centre management team to the opening of Coro Lounge, their second site in Gloucester, and their first in the city centre. I also had the pleasure of staying at the adjacent new Hotel Indigo, by IHG. As the photographs suggest, neither existed a year ago. It now forms part of The Forum; Gloucester City Council’s £107 million regeneration project in the Kings Quarter area of the city. All of this is just metres away from the University of Gloucestershire’s new city centre university campus, in the former Debenhams store.

We have various retail redevelopment projects progressing in prime Eastgate Street, a new city centre market in Eastgate Centre and funding for redevelopment of the existing market hall.

If you have enquiries related to retail, F&B or leisure occupiers, do please get in touch.
