Keynsham is an affluent suburb, and desirable commuter town situated five miles from Bristol and eight miles from Bath city centres. Keynsham has a population of circa 20,000 and is growing with a further 2,000 homes currently proposed by developers. The town is positioned adjacent to Bristol’s main ring road, which provides access to the M4, M5 and M32 motorways. Keynsham also has a rail station with direct access to Bristol and Bath mainline stations The A4 provides main road access to both Bristol and Bath City Centres, and there are park and ride facilities for both cities within a short distance of the town.
