We have acted for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited in the acquisition of a new Sainsbury’s Local store in Bewdley Town Centre.
The development took place on the former Fire Station site, undertaken by Lombard Group. Lombard Group delivered a significant sized store in the Town Centre comprising 6,500 sq.ft. gross internal area fronting the main Town Centre car park, together with six flats on the first floor. Sainsbury’s took a lease on the ground floor.
