We are delighted to have represented LCP in letting the former Wilkinson to B&M, in Chelmsley Wood town centre.
The new store opened in January 2024, with an immediate impact on footfall through the centre, which has already generated additional tenant demand for the town.
The store extends to a total of 38,000 sq ft and the terms agreed do not reflect variation from the rent paid by Wilkinson.
