Acting on behalf of a Pension Fund we have advised on the subdivision of building arranged over basement, ground and two upper levels. This has resulted in the letting of the ground floor and basement to The Little Bagel Company (July 2022) along with the creation of 4 self contained office suites available to let on either a short or longer term basis.
