Having been personally involved in trying to find an operational solution to KFC’s long standing search for premises in Yate, we are delighted to have finally secured a site on the leisure park. The transaction is slightly more complex than it first appears, given the inclusion of an option on any future drive thru sites within the town centre ownership.
M&P represented KFC in identifying the site, negotiating the agreement(s) and assisted with planning and legal processes, where possible.
The town centre is asset managed by Ellandi LLP, who were represented by Savills’ Bristol office.
